End of cash payments

SiTo regrets that the opportunity for tenants to pay the rent in cash will come to an end from January 2011. Please use the bank terminal or bank remits for rental payments. The bank terminal accepts Visa, Mastercard and cards issued by Norwegian banks.

Deposit removed for UNIS students

Studentsamskipnaden in Tromsø (SiTo) has decided that UNIS students living in our accommodation in Nybyen no longer have to pay a deposit. Current students who have already paid a deposit for the accommodation, will get the amount deducted from the rent in January 2011.  

Students will still be financially responsible for any damages to the accommodation, according to the tenancy agreement, § 13, d.
