We have 5 child care centers that offer more than 300 places. All our child care centers are centrally located on the island of Tromsø close to the university or student residences.

The child care centers open at 7:30 am and close at 4:30 pm. If you need extended hours for a period, for example due to practical work or residency, please contact the child care center.

The child care centers are open the entire summer, but your child must have holidays according to the applicable rules.

All meals are served in the child care center,  packed lunches are not necessary. All child care centers serve nutritious and healthy food.

We have 5 planning days a year. On these days the child care centers are closed for children. If your exams fall on the same day or close to the planning day, and you require childcare, we can find a babysitter for you, if you allow us two weeks notice. Documentation is required.
