Gimle student child care center has language and cultural diversity, along with science as the priority areas. The child care center is located near the beautiful hiking areas and has its own shelter nearby.

Gimle has two classes for Sami children: one class for children under 3 years old and one class for children over 3 years old, where the oldest group spends a lot of time outdoors. Sami is the main language and the operation of the child care centre is rooted in Sami culture.
